He studied economy at the Institute of Economics, a part of the Faculty of Social Sciences at the Catholic University of Lublin. He did his Ph.D. at the Collegium of Management and Finance of Warsaw School of Economics.
Mr Skolmowski's duties in Grupa Azoty include the implementation of the key strategies of functioning of particular kinds of activity, the creation of long-term operational financial and material plans, as well as monitoring their implementation. He coordinates the credit policy, supervises the planning, reporting, budgeting, and controlling of corporate organs, as well as the activities connected with investor relations and the sale of company assets.
He has performed the functions of the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Grupa Azoty ATT Polymers GmbH and Grupa Azoty ZAK S.A. since 2010. Since 2011 he has been a Member of the Supervisory Board of Grupa Azoty PKCh, since 2012 – of the Supervisory Board of Grupa Azoty Zakłady Chemiczne “Police” S.A., and since 2013 - of the Supervisory Board of Grupa Azoty Zakłady Azotowe “Puławy” S.A. Since April 2012 he has been the Vice Chairman of the Polish-Brazilian Chamber of Commerce. Since June 2012 he has been a Member of the Council in the Polish Chamber of Chemical Industry, and since September 28th, 2012 he has been a Member of the Board of CEFIC, the European Chemical Industry Council (in Brussels).
He is a co-author and one of the managers of the takeover processes of Unylon Polymers GmbH (at present called Grupa Azoty ATT Polymers GmbH), Zakłady Azotowe “Kędzierzyn” S.A. (at present called Grupa Azoty ZAK S.A.), Zakłady Chemiczne “Police” S.A. (at present called Grupa Azoty “POLICE”) and the consolidation of Zakłady Azotowe “Puławy” S.A (now called Grupa Azoty PUŁAWY) into the Grupy Azoty S.A. Capital Group.
He became a Member of the Board of Fertilizers Europe in 2012. He is also the Vice Chairman of the Statistics Committee in Fertilizers Europe, and since 2013 he has been the Vice Chairman of Plastics Europe Poland foundation.
From 1996 to 1999 he worked as a Financial Analysis Specialist and led the Analysis Department in Agram Chłodnia S.A. in Lublin. At the same time he was the Managing Director and a consultant of TIM Sp. z o.o. in Lublin. From 1999 to 2004 he was employed by Cefarm Rzeszów S.A., as the Chief Economist, and a Chairman of the Board in Przedsiębiorstwo Zaopatrzenia Farmaceutycznego “Cefarm”. From 2004 to 2007 he was the Chairman of the Board of ACP Pharma S.A. He has also performed this role in Cefarm Zielona Góra S.A (2007-2008) and Cefarm Rzeszów sp. z o.o. (2002-2008). Following the consolidations with the parent company ORFE S.A., he became the Member of the Board of ACP Pharma S.A. Capital Group. Before the nomination to a Member of the Board of Grupa Azoty S.A. in 2009, he has been the Chairman of the Board of SANFARM sp. z o.o. in Nowa Dęba (2008-2009), a part of Polfa Warszawa Capital Group.

He is an author of co-author of almost 40 specialist rationalization projects, which are protected by patents and concern the production of ammonia, hydrogen, carbon dioxide for food production, polyoxymethylene, polycrystalline silicon, catalysts and energy producing infrastructure.
Mr Szczypiński coordinates the management and integration of manufacturing processes, renovation organization, technological stoppages and initiating the development and investment projects in Grupa Azoty. He also controls the Business Center of Organic Syntheses and Plastics, with particular regard to caprolactam, polyamides and compounding, as well as the development of this branch. He supervises the strategic purchases in the Parent Company and the Capital Group.
He has been connected with Grupa Azoty S.A. since 1979. From 1979 to 1987 he worked as a Production Master, and next as an Independent Technician in the Synthesis Section. In the following years, he was the Manager of Silicon Department, Synthesis Section (1987-1990), the Manager of Synthesis Section (1991-1999), the Manager of Plastics Center (1999-2001), the Technical and Development Director (2002- 2007), and a Member of the Board of Grupa Azoty S.A. (2007-2008). In 2008 he was the acting Chairman of the Board of Grupa Azoty S.A. (formerly called Zakłady Azotowe in Tarnów-Mościce S.A.).
He was co-authored the restructuring of Grupa Azoty S.A. (formerly called Zakłady Azotowe in Tarnów-Mościce S.A.), the Recovery Program in 2002-2007, the Development Program in 2002-2007 and the Strategy and Development Program in 2008-2012.
Mr Szczypiński was one of the main persons behind the successful debut of Grupa Azoty S.A. (formerly called Zakłady Azotowe in Tarnów-Mościce S.A.) shares on Warsaw Stock Exchange in 2008. He co-managed the takeovers of Unylon Polymers GmbH (currently called Grupa Azoty ATT Polymers GmbH), Zakłady Azotowe “Kędzierzyn” S.A. He has represented Grupa Azoty S.A. in the supervisory boards of the following companies: Przedsiębiorstwo Innowacyjno-Wdrożeniowe UNISIL Sp. z o.o. (1997-1999), Tarnowskie Wodociągi sp. z o.o. (2007-2008), Biuro Projektów Zakładów Azotowych “BIPROZAT” Sp. z o.o., and PKCh Sp. z o.o. (2008-now), ATT Polymers GmbH (2011-2013), Grupa Azoty ZAK S.A. (2012-now).
He has been an active member of the Association of Engineers and Technicians of the Chemical Industry. At present he is a member of the Scientific Council of the Institute of Heavy Organic Synthesis “Blachownia” in Kędzierzyn Koźle, the Chemical and Process Engineering Committee of the Polish Academy of Sciences, the Steering Committee of the strategic R&D program “Advanced Technologies for Energy Generation” at the National Center for Research and Development.
A Member of the Board of Grupa Azoty since 2012. He was elected to the post by the staff. An alumnus of the Chemistry Department at Wrocław University of Technology, he also graduated from a managerial course organized by Rudzka Agencja Rozwoju and Training Partners, as well as a postgraduate entrepreneurship course at the University of Economics in Cracow and Cracow Business School.
He is responsible for employee relations and social dialogue in Grupa Azoty. His duties include technical and fire protection safety processes, and various procedures concerning environmental safety. His other tasks include implementing solutions regarding infrastructure, and laboratory services. He also cooperates with local schools and universities.
Mr Kopeć has worked in Grupa Azoty for 10 years. In 2003-2005 he worked as an operator at Ammonia Department in Tarnów Works. From August to November 2005 he was the Shift Supervisor at Catalysts Department, and in the following year he was an Independent Technology Ammonia Synthesis Specialist in Fertilizers Center. From 2006 to 2009 he worked as a Fertilizer Technology Specialist, and at the same time he acted as the Supervision Engineer at an investment project, the construction of an Installation of Mechanical Granulation in Tarnów-Mościce S.A. (now called Grupa Azoty S.A.). In 2008-2009 he was the Manager of complex trials and technological start-up in the Mechanical Granulation of Fertilizers installations. From 2010 to 2011, he worked as a Hydrogen and Ammonia Management Specialist in Ammonia Department. In 2011, he was the Ammonia Department Manager, and the Manager of the start-up of hydrogen production installation.
His greatest professional achievements include launching the production of a new fertilizer called Saletrosan. He is the co-author of the patented technology of ammonium sulphate nitrate production by mechanical granulation. He has submitted a number of rationalization concepts and plans. He has been a member of the Association of Engineers and Technicians of the Chemical Industry since 2006.

She was a student of the University of Pécs (Hungary) at the Department of Economics (commodity trade, majoring in international trade). She is also a graduate of “The Polymer Industry - Feedstocks, Processes, Costs and Markets for Plastics, Resins and Elastomers”, a course organized by the College of Petroleum and Energy Studies, Sommerville College Oxford. She has also participated in numerous training courses in marketing and management. At present she is a student of a postgraduate course at the University of Economics in Cracow (managerial competences in international corporations).
Ms Malec is responsible for the business, production and development of plastics in Grupa Azoty S.A. Capital Group, namely for such areas as PA6, POM, compounding, caprolactam, chemistry in Tarnów Works, for caprolactam in Puławy Works and for PA6 in Guben.
She has worked for Grupa Azoty since 2000, and has held the posts of the Sales Director at Plastics Business Segment, the Director of Plastics Center, the acting Sales Director, the Vice Director of Marketing and Logistics, the Purchasing Department Manager, the Economics and Trade Office Manager. On the appointment by the company, she has held the functions of a Member of the Board of TAW in Singapore (2000-2001), a Member and the Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Navitrans Sp. z o.o. (2000-2010), and since 2010 she has been a Member and the Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Grupa Azoty ATT Polymers GmbH.
She represents Grupa Azoty in Plastics Europe, an association of the European plastics manufacturers, and acts as the Vice Chairman of Plastics Europe Polska Foundation.
The Corporate Public Relations Office Director in Grupa Azoty S.A. She did her undergraduate studies at the Academy of Economics in Cracow (management and marketing department, majoring in accountancy) and a postgraduate course at Rzeszów University of Technology (management and marketing department, majoring in enterprise management - marketing strategies).
Ms Łabno is responsible for creating, initiating and conducting those activities which aim at the creation of “Grupa Azoty” brand. Her duties include developing and implementing the communication strategy, the sustainable development strategy, social and the sponsoring policy, and the Code of Conduct in the Capital Group.
She has worked in Grupa Azoty since 1995 and has initiated many changes in Grupa Azoty regarding image creation, media relations, community relations and public relations. She participated in the preparation for the debut of Zakłady Azotowe in Tarnów-Mościce S.A. on Warsaw Stock Exchange in 2008. She was also one of the creators of the long-term Sustainable Development Strategy of Zakłady Azotowe in Tarnów-Mościce S.A. (2010-2011). Ms Łabno initiated the charitable auction called Become an Angel of Good Hearts and came up with the idea to organize Grupa Azoty Grand Festival, the largest musical event in the region since 2011. She prepared and implemented such programs as “Scholarship policy of Grupa Azoty”, “Grants policy of Grupa Azoty” as well as “Social and sponsoring policy and the rules of its functioning in the Group”. In 2012, the company Board charged Ms Łabno with the task of organizing the makeover of the image of the Capital Group and the launch of a new brand “Grupa Azoty”, including all necessary image-related elements in the Group.
The Strategy and Development Director in Grupa Azoty S.A. A graduate of Warsaw University of Technology, the Faculty of Chemical and Process Engineering. He completed his Ph.D. at the Doctorate Level Course, the Faculty of Chemical and Process Engineering at Warsaw University of Technology. He also graduated from the Postgraduate Management Course at Warsaw School of Economics (majoring in management). He has published numerous monographs, scientific articles and patents.
Mr Bielski is involved in the company activity regarding strategy management and strategic planning, strategic project management, business environment management, external development management (acquisitions) and internal development management (investment), as well as product portfolio management.
From 2005 to 2009 Mr Bielski worked in Mennica – Metale Szlachetne S.A., a producer of catalysts for the chemical industry, as the Sales and Marketing director. From 2009 to 2013 he was the Strategy and Development Director in Grupa Azoty Zakłady Azotowe “Puławy” S.A. From 2010 to 2012 he was the Chairman of the Board of Elektrownia Puławy Sp. z o.o. In the following two years, he was the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Zakłady Azotowe “Chorzów” S.A. Since January 2014, he has worked as the Strategy and Development Director in Grupa Azoty S.A.
